Who we are
GetTeamlytics is a football management platform for grassroots clubs, coaches, players and parents. This policy explains what data we hold and why.
Data we collect
Account details (name, email address), club and team information you create, player records you add, fixtures, attendance and match statistics, and any media you upload. We also collect basic technical data such as log and error information needed to keep the service running.
How we use it
Your data is used only to provide the service: showing your teams, fixtures, statistics and reports, and communicating with you about your account. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Children's data
Player records may relate to children. Only the coaches and club members you invite can see them. Parents and guardians can ask you, as the club, or us to correct or remove a player's data at any time.
Storage and security
Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with access controls so that each club can only access its own records. Access is protected by authentication and row-level database security.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you can delete records directly in the app. To exercise any right, contact us by email.
